重构首页 WebSocket 连接模型：wsConnMap/roundHandlers/runTypeMap 按会话独立管理；执行中保留连接、空闲切换释放；消息按 sid 定向写入；修复后台会话完成时误清当前会话输入状态（resetAll 仅限活跃会话）。 Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

由于 Vue3 不再支持 IE11，故而 ElementPlus 也不支持 IE11 及之前版本。

建议使用 cnpm，因为 yarn 有时会报错。node 版本[v16.x ~ v20.x)
